ejs :  - add a RootBuffer // outputBuffer and use that to have echo push to output
         - 
         - test preprocessor and codeTransformer with includes (also with hack-include)
         - test filters
         - test local (and with _with) scope stuff (for new Auth() tool)
         - check if there is a fast typescript inline compiler
         - sourcemaps support for preprocessors
